Fees

We are a private billing practice. This allows your doctor to provide thoughtful and compassionate care to you. For a full list of fees please ask at reception.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS: Please note that ALL consults provided on Saturdays are privately billed (including for DVA patients and Workcover patients) and an additional $10 is applied to all consult fees.

Please note:

A non-attendance fee of $50 for standard appointments and $100 for long consults may apply where you more than 5 minutes late or fail to attend or cancel within 4 business hours of your appointment .
Private fees apply to all appointment types including recalls and results follow up appointments.
All new patients will be required to have a long appointment for their first consultation.

After Hours Care

If you are facing a medical emergency at any time of day or night you should always call 000 and ask for an ambulance or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

For non-urgent medical care when we are closed you can contact 13SICK. They provide face to face visits (subject to doctor availability) and telehealth where clinically appropriate.
